Communications Manager, Global Diagnostics – October 2022 - June 2023 

Lead for all internal site communications for Roche Bay Area sites (Santa Clara, Pleasanton, San Jose).

  • Led internal site communications strategy for Roche Bay Area sites, supporting over 4000 employees.

  • Editorial strategist for internal blog, which reached over 23,000 employees across the globe. 

  • Implemented a strategy to create a robust virtual community, reducing reliance on email.
    Launched a site-employee newsletter to promote internal blog content, which had an average open rate of 3000. 

  • Developed content for and launched a new employee orientation process (“Roche Foundations”), onboarding over 70 employees during the pilot phase and engaging leaders from DEI, People and Culture, Facilities, Events, and Communications for support.

  • Established operational processes for site communications, resulting in a 20% consolidation in employee comms.

  • Partnered with Business Resource Group (BRG) Lead to support DEI communications at Roche.
